Wacom Cintiq 22 HD display and touch are working, but the pen is not working

The Wacom Cintiq 22 HD display and touch are working,  but the pen is not working. I changed multiple USB ports but did not fix the problem.  software updated. I checked with MAC and Windows, and both found the same issue. Does anybody know how to fix this problem, please reply.

  Hi Vinod Pillai, 

  If the display and touch are working, this means the USB connection is fine (Touch data is transferred through USB). 

  When connected to either Windows or Mac, can you open the Wacom Tablet Properties and check if you get an error message? 

  Can you also confirm which pen you are using? Might be hard to describe or tell the model number so you can also attach a photo.
