Cintiq 24 has Thin Blue/Green dotted line down centre of display?

Cinitiq 24 (2025 Edition) - 2.5K Graphic Pen Display with Wacom Pro Pen 3, Adjustable Stand, Anti-Glare Etched Glass, and Enhanced Color Accuracy.

Just bought this pen display and at first all seemed to work OK but now (1 day later) it has a green/blue dotted line down the center of the screen? 

Set Up Details:

I am using the screen as a second display, hooked up to a Macbook Pro 2024, Apple m4 Pro chip, running Sequoia 15.1.

All Wacom Drivers are seemingly up to date.

At first I connected via supplied USB-C cables - Line Shows.

Then purchased Mini HDMI - HDMI cable - Line Still shows.

Feels like the product is damaged? Anyone have an issue like this?

  This seems like most likely an issue with either the LCD or the mainboard. I have created a support ticket for you. The team will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss the options.
