Wacom Pen Intuos Pressure issue

My pen is inconsistent with pressure and clicking. When I write, there are gaps because it randomly picks up the clicks, but sometimes doesn't pick up clicks.

  From your description, there could either be a problem with the Pen, the tablet sensor or even on the software side.
