Hi Big_Smile, sorry to see you are having an issue with the tablet. On the older DTZ-2100 tables, there is a DVI/VGA switch on the top of the tablet. If the switch got moved to the VGA setting it is only sending a analog signal which would be why only DVI-I and VGA are working. If you move the switch back to the DVI setting it will send the digital signal which will work with HDMI and Thunderbolt.

@Alex Thanks for your help! I have tried the switch in both positions, but it does not seem to make any difference.

    Hi melvin tan

Doesn't seem like the same issue since the issue the OP mentioned was about not having a video image.

Do I understand correctly that you have an image but no pen input?

If this is true, please check our article here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/8810276474775-Pen-input-or-touch-input-does-not-work-as-expected
