flickering display

I recently had an update to Microsoft Windows. Now my Photoshop 2023 flickers when I open any file. Even when I create a new file the screen flickers, I have to use my copy of Photoshop CC6 to do my work. has anyone seen this? I use a Wacom Cintiq.

  Hi, 

  That doesn't seem related to Wacom.

  Try updating your graphics card driver if you haven't done it yet and have a look at the links below:
