Pen not recognized and tablet connected
I have the Wacom Intuos Pro. Issue is the tablet shows connected but will not recognize the pen on Bluetooth. If I plug in the Tablet via usb it then registered the pen. Battery level is at 60% before plugging in. Why is it not seeing the pen via bluetooth but tablet says connected?

Hi Craig,
If the tablet is properly connected via Bluetooth and recognised by the driver, then the pen should also definitely be recognized and detected by the driver.
Please check your BT connection and make sure the Tablet is really connected. Please note that the Intuos Pro has 2 BT connection modes for different purposes. To connect to a computer, make sure you select the right one as mentioned here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006273021-Why-do-I-see-two-Bluetooth-Intuos-Pro-devices-in-Windows-Bluetooth-Device-List-
If this persists, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006273501-Why-is-my-tablet-not-pairing-over-Bluetooth-or-not-showing-up-under-Bluetooth-settings-when-in-pairing-mode-
Also let us know the Operating System and driver version you are using.

I realize the pen should work on Bluetooth but it is not. I have reset, and I have removed from my Bluetooth and re-connected. It shows connected in the Bluetooth settings but does not operate. When connected with the charge cord it does work fine. I am using an Apple MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 2020 model running the latest OS Ventura 13.2.1.

Update, I reinstalled a new set of drivers and so far it is now operating as it should.
