Wacom intuos not connecting to wacom center

so my intuos doesnt want to connect to wacom center but it still works in clip studio but i cant use the shortcut keys can somebody help me fix it there are no videos in youtube about it either

  I git it working eventually i had to go to files and do something there i dont really remember anymore what i did

  I found a video on YouTube and it worked the channels name is The Geek Page hopefully it works with hank
