Pen not working but tablet is working
I have a new Mac Studio with Ventura 13.3.1 OS. I've installed latest driver and uninstalled same multiple times. I've granted all the necessary security permissions and disk access, etc. I can move around the tablet with my fingers and it shows on the monitor but still nothing with regard to pen working. Any suggestions beyond what the install video suggests would be greatly appreciated!

Mines doing the same thing, every time I touch the pen to the tablet I get the security warning notification that comes up asking to allow access/posting an event from the system preferences. But I have and I've restarted, reinstalled the software and nothing working. Driving me mad as I can not work with out the tablet.

I FINALLY got it to work. Well not me per se. Call support. It took awhile but they eventually walked me through it. There are too many steps to list, besides that I don't remember them. :)

I contacted support with this exact problem (Intuos Pro / Mac Studio M1 / Ventura 13.4). I'd installed the current driver (6.4.2-4) and had run the Driver Check and followed any troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. Here's what worked for me:
1. First disconnected the tablet
2. Went into System Settings > Privacy and Security:
a) in Accessibility, deleted (using the minus button) all Wacom-related items (I deactivated them before deleting, resulting in additional security pop-ups, but not sure if this was necessary)
b) in Input Monitoring, did the same and deleted the Wacom-related items (I believe there were two items in each)
3. Restarted the computer
4. At this point, reconnected the tablet
5. Once logged back in, was prompted by a pop-up window security warning to return to System Settings > Privacy and Security (I'd been instructed to hover the pen over the tablet, presumably to initiate this prompt) and followed the prompt to System Settings
6. Back in System Settings > Privacy and Security:
a) went back into Accessibility and set the now-reappeared Wacom-related items to active
b) went back into Input Monitoring and did the same. There was now a prompt that including quitting a process, unfortunately I can't remember it exactly, I think it was Quit And [something else]...regardless I was instructed to click Quit and did so.
7. At this point, I went to the apple menu and logged out my user
8. I logged back in and huzzah! the pen now worked
Sorry, I've no insight into why these steps rebuilt the permissions in the right way, or any circumstances specific to my situation that might cause it not to work for someone else, or for how long until something else might change. Good luck!1 -
