Cintiq 13 (DTH-1320) - Display not detected, but power is on, pen works, and device connected/showing in Wacom Center.
I have had my Cintiq Pro 13 (DTH-1320) for a while with no issues, but when I started it up this time, the display was not being detected. The Wacom Center recognizes the tablet is connected, but there is "no signal" on the Wacom screen. Can still use it as a basic tablet, but no display mirroring is happening.
Is something wrong with the software, or is this a hardware issue?
I've noticed this is a problem for a few other users, but none of the troubleshooting methods have worked.

Hi Karin Gafvelin,
Please check the instructions here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006336902-My-Wacom-Pen-Display-has-no-image-on-the-screen-What-do-I-do-

Same issue here. Replaced cables, reinstalled drivers, still no avail.
It's utterly disappointing that my Cintiq has now downgraded to an Intuos. Please someone post a fix. Thanks

Hi! I'm having the same problem. Has anyone figured out a solution?
Everything seems fine, cable, Cintiq 13, my laptop. Cintiq turns on but shares screen with my laptop. But keep getting no compatible device.
I am at my ends with this.
I've tried uninstalling, restarting laptop, installing, restarting laptop (and REALLY uninstalling everything, making sure there's nothing on my laptop)
even tried it on an other laptop, still the same problem. So it must be with my cintiq or the cable?

Which operating system are you running?
If you open the respective display settings, is the Cintiq being recognized a Cintiq by the operating system, or is being detected as a generic monitor?
If it's being detected as a generic monitor, it means there is a connection issue and the system is no being able to read the device EDID (which tell the OS that device this is). If that is the case then the Wacom Display settings won't be able to detect a Wacom display connected and display that message.
Try changing the cable or adapters if you are using one in that case.
