I have the same problem. Reinstalled all SW. Still display black.

MacBookPro, MacOS 12.7.1, Wacom driver 6.4.4-2, Cintiq Pro 13 DTH-1320

Same issue here. Replaced cables, reinstalled drivers, still no avail.

It's utterly disappointing that my Cintiq has now downgraded to an Intuos. Please someone post a fix. Thanks

Hi! I'm having the same problem. Has anyone figured out a solution?

Everything seems fine, cable, Cintiq 13, my laptop. Cintiq turns on but shares screen with my laptop. But keep getting no compatible device.

I am at my ends with this.

I've tried uninstalling, restarting laptop, installing, restarting laptop (and REALLY uninstalling everything, making sure there's nothing on my laptop)

even tried it on an other laptop, still the same problem. So it must be with my cintiq or the cable?

    Hi Flore Van Holderbeke

Which operating system are you running?

If you open the respective display settings, is the Cintiq being recognized a Cintiq by the operating system, or is being detected as a generic monitor?

If it's being detected as a generic monitor, it means there is a connection issue and the system is no being able to read the device EDID (which tell the OS that device this is). If that is the case then the Wacom Display settings won't be able to detect a Wacom display connected and display that message.

Try changing the cable or adapters if you are using one in that case.
