Pen Behavior in Powerpoint slide show mode (DTH-2452)
Hi, I have a DTH-2452 and have a question about pen behavior, specifically what initially happens when I first pick up the pen while in PPT slide show mode. The behavior I want is: when I wish to annotate on a particular slide, I want to pick up the Wacom pen and immediately start drawing. What actually happens is: I pick up the Wacom pen, and my first touch with the pen advances to the next slide, like a mouse click. After that, the pen annotates as desired. I am just trying to avoid that "first pen touch is a mouse click" issue without having to actually first tap around in the lower left of the slide show window to reveal the PPT popup toolbar. Is there some Wacom or Windows setting that can help me achieve this? Thanks, Steve
Here is a short (1:40) video I made to illustrate my problem:

This happens because PowerPoint doesn't know you want to do some ink on the first click and has not switched to Inking mode.
To avoid changing slide on the first click, you need to tell PowerPoint how to react by clicking the Ink options in Presenter view:
