Can I connect Wacom One 13 DTC133 Display directly to computer via USB-C cable?

Is it at all possible to use the Wacom One 13 DTC133 Display using only a USB-C cable without the need for the X cable?

I've seen there is a Wacom One USB-C Cable for Wacom 12 and 13 Touch available, I've tried a few USB-C cables I have at home but none have worked. Is there a guarantee that this official Wacom USB-C cable will work?

  Hi Chris Gough, 

  Unfortunately you cannot. The USB-C port on the Wacom One (DTC-133) does not support USB-C to USB-C direct connection. You need to use the supplied X-Cable.

  One of the advantages of the newer generation of Wacom One is that you can actually use a USB-C to USB-C connection.
