my Wacom tablet intuos CTL-6100wl not even showing connected when plugged into my Mac?

please help all of a sudden my Wacom intuos CTL-6100wl has stopped working, it is not even showing the white or orange light when I connect via usb to my laptop, ive just updated my computer software to Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1...  is this compatible with the new software? please help

  Hi jo bullas,

  If there is no light on the tablet, this means there is no power going to the tablet and that there is a problem with the connection. Please try a different cable or USB port. You can also connect via Bluetooth but if the battery charge is depleted you will need to charge it first:
