Intuos 4 (PTK-440) not registering clicks when driver is enabled (MacOS 13 Ventura)
If I use this tablet without the driver, it works. It defaults to mouse mode and clics register normally on pen press. If I enable the driver by moving the slider in Privacy & Security > Input Monitoring > WacomTabletDriver then the "Wacom Tablet" driver at the bottom of the System Settings dialog list works, and I can adjust the settings of the tablet normally. But when this driver is enabled, everything works except for click presses. It won't register any clicks. It seems fully functional otherwise. The ExpressKeys seem to work normally. The touch ring pans/scrolls as expected. Just click presses from the pen (or even if I map clicks to buttons on the pen or tablet) don't register at all when the driver is enabled.

Hi Chris,
There is actually no compatible driver for the PTK-440 on Ventura, you maybe able to install but the latest version of the driver which uses a different architecture is required for the tablet to work as a pen tablet on Ventura.
