Wacom software centre won't open
Hello,
I've had my wacom cintiq 16 for 3 years now. I recently bought a new macbook, 2023 with mac OS ventura 13.2.1 (22D68). I went to wacom.com, went to my devices and downloaded the software for my wacom cintiq 16. The installation was succesful, but the wacom centre won't open. If I try to open it manually it takes some time to load, and tells me that the driver won't start.
I've looked through some video's of you. If I go to accessability, there are no wacom apps added. I figured com.wacom must be in the list, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer, so I can't add it manually.
Also I tried to delete a
The screen of my tablet is working, but I can't use the pen and de wacom centre.
Can you help me?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Here is a link to the instructions on installing the Wacom driver on macOS Ventura. It is important to note that the Wacom drive needs to be added to Security & Privacy Permissions within the first 30-minutes of the driver installation to take affect (this is due to an arbitrary time window set by the macOS).

The wacom server won't open after installing. When I follow the steps by manually deinstalling it simply freezes at the step 'do you really want to delete the driver with all its components' after pressing ok. I can't even uninstall the server. Is this a common problem?

Hi Sanne Neuteboom,
What is the exact error message you are getting? Have you setup all the permission settings as suggested by AJ already?
Also, I am not sure, but I have a hunch that this may help: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006339902-What-does-the-error-message-The-tablet-driver-is-not-responding-mean-and-how-do-I-fix-it-
