need driver for CTL-460 (windows)

Hi There,

I've never had a tablet before and someone gave me one to keep/try out.  If I like it, I'm going to buy a bigger one when I can. 
Does anyone happen to have the driver for this unit that they can share - because I cannot find one and it's showing up in Windows 10 as a mouse!  I have a Bamboo Pen CTL-460.  Thanks very much!
