Getting error "Compatible display device not found"
Hi,
I have 27 Pro and windows 10/11 - have try with both. Now somehow I'm getting this error when I try to connect my Cintiq.
I have older model so I have change HDMI cable. When I turn my Cintiq on I dont see any logo in the screen but I can see the blue color that power is on and some function are working. I connect HDMI + USB-A - the keyboard button is opening if I press that in Cintiq + settings - but I think those are working with USB. Last button if giving me this error.
I have try to stop the service, re-install software/drivers. Any have had this same issue and could help?
Thanks in advice!

Hello Henry Olsson,
If you don't see the Wacom logo, then there is a hardware issue with the device and it needs to be repaired.

Hi!
I am trying to install drivers ( Cintiq Pro 13 ) for MacBook M1 ( 14.2.1 ) and got this issue:Compatible display device not found
To use this app please connect a compatible display device such as a Cintiq or MobileStudio Pro.
Could you please help me to solve this problem? Thank you!0 -
That message appears when the driver is already installed and you try to open the Wacom Display Settings but the Cintiq Pro is not properly detected by the system.
First please make sure the Cintiq 13 is properly connected and powered on:
https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006263621-How-do-I-connect-my-computer-to-a-Wacom-Cintiq-Pro-13-16-Then, make sure you have the latest driver installed from here (https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers), that the Cintiq Pro is detected by the Wacom Center and that you have an image on the Cintiq Pro display.
Finally, if you are still having an error message when opening the Wacom Display Settings, please collect some logs and contact our support team:
