    Hi Joshua Fleszar

Since you didn't specify, I'll take a wild guess a that you are using Windows. I will also assume you have your Cintiq and another extra display at least.

Usually what happens is that Windows gets confused and maps the Pen area to your whole desktop. If that happens, please use the Display Toggle feature and see if that already helps: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006265561-How-to-Set-Up-and-Use-Display-Toggle-

If the issue persists, update your system, try a different USB and DVI port / adapter if you are using one.

You can also use the native Windows calibration features to help windows Map your pen display correctly:

    1. Open the Control Panel (right click the "Windows" icon)
    2. Click on Hardware and Sound
    3. Click on "Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input"
    4. Click on setup and follow the Windows prompts
    5. Once the setup is done, click the dropdown to select your Cintiq Pro in the list and click on Calibrate. Once again, follow the prompts and you should be setup

    Hey João

I am using Windows, yes, but my tablet is mirroring my laptop. It only has one USB port unfortunately, too. I tried to open up Display Toggle and it seemed to tell me I can't use it since I'm mirroring.

I did happen to follow the steps you provided underneath and unfortunately when trying to calibrate to my display in Hardware and Sound, even though my tablet's light lit up to indicate there was contact between my pen and the tablet, I couldn't click the first crosshair, as if the inputs were not being registered at all by my pen. This is very confusing to me and I hope you are able to help with a new solution soon. Thank you.

    Hi Joshua Fleszar

Please change the displays to extended and retry the calibration steps. You can then revert back to mirrored if you want. The goal is to help Windows understand how to map the pen input correctly.
Windows supports Pen input natively and it can sometimes get confused.

If this continues, then please gather the logs and contact our support team:
