The link/steps you reference are not working for me.  The hurdle I have yet to clear is uninstalling the driver so that I can reinstall again.  I installed the latest driver 6.4.4-5 for my i7 iMac OS 12.7.2.  I have a Intuos Pro L.  At first launch attempt Wacom Center says, "The tablet driver is not responding" after a lengthy Waiting for Synchronization albeit installation was successful. This occurs whether I'm using Bluetooth or USB. My OS Bluetooth finds and connects with my Pro.  My OS System Report states the Wacom Intuos Pro L is connected.  When an attempt to launch is made, WC is Waiting for Synchronization.  So, I open my acct with Wacom and research my remedies and, of course, find your link/steps.  My Security & Privacy Preference has WC and Wacom Tablet Utility noted as 'Allow incoming connections'.  When all their suggested remedies fail it's recommend to Uninstall WC.  When I take that path and initiate Uninstall, the WheelOfDeath continues until .. well enough said.  In order to end the WOD after 15 minutes I have to Force Restart .. and WC remains.  After this Catch 22 of 2-more Uninstall events failing .. here I am at Wacom Support Community.  I see that Larry Hanlon has not commented regarding your response to him.

    Hi Tom Oates

What you describe looks like something is really interfering with the driver.

Please try the suggestions here was well: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/9255930218903-How-should-I-troubleshoot-Clean-My-Mac-issues-that-can-disrupt-Wacom-components-and-services

The driver will not uninstall .. unless it takes more than 15 minutes to do this.  Wheel of Death is what I get and I have to Force Quit the Tablet Utility.  I do not have CleanMyMac installed on my computer.  I have no 3rd party system management tools working in the background. I cannot complete a manual uninstall.

I have been at Is there a driver for macOS 12, Monterey? https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407257968663  I have successfully navigated Steps 1-3.  Problems begin into Step 4. After successfully dragging and dropping com.wacom.IOManger.app from /Library/ PrivilegedHelperTools/ to the list under Accessibility in the Security & Privacy section and making sure it was checked I closed the Preferences and Restarted.  Scrolling to Files and Folders in Privacy and Security as directed to find the Wacom Desktop Center checked .. there is no Wacom Desktop Center to be found. Moving on to Automation, Wacom Tablet Driver is there and checked.  Since the Wacom Desktop Center is not there Step 4 continues by directing me to launch The Wacom Desktop Center and it won't launch.  It seeks synchronization and reports that the "tablet driver is not responding".  I believe I have restarted my computer over a half dozen times today.  I had to use CCleaner to uninstall the driver. And after doing that the Wacom Folder remained. I had to get system permission to trash a empty folder.  It's become a maddening Catch-22.  Very disappointed.  My tablet is just sits there .. dead in the water.  This was a big investment for me.

Help.  Busy life.  Getting back to my awesome and unresponsive tablet Pro L.  Don't have Clean My Mac installed. App will not Uninstall using Wacom Tablet Utility.  Wheel of Death forever until I Force Quit. This has been a continuing issue from the beginning of my thread 5 months ago. Since Remove/Uninstall don't work I used my Ventura Trash and removed all its elements from my System Settings .. and ReInstalled.  Note attached pic.
