Issues with new board
Hello,
I have been using a One by Wacom board for a few years and it has been serving me well. I use it for teaching, for writing and basic graph drawing.
I wanted to replace it with a new board so I bought a Wacom Intuos board and this is when the problems started. The old board required no software, I just plug in and it works. The new board requires software to work, cable or no cable. I installed the software and it's a disaster.
1. I get random jitters drawing lines. This never happened with old board.
2. I can't drag the board with right click and my mouse icon keeps getting replaced with mouse.
3. I can't draw small lines. For some reason I have to draw a length of minimal length to leave a mark. This never happened with old board and is incredibly annoying. I can't write properly.
If I uninstall the driver/software, the old board works like before, but of course I can't use the new board. Obviously the Wacom software is the issue. How do I fix this?

Hi Teodor vonBurg,
I am not familiar with the issues you described.
- Could you confirm what is the Operating system you are using?
- Do the issues you describe occur only with a specific App or with the desktop interface in general?
As for the specific issues you mentioned:
- Could you show an example?
- Sorry but I don't understand this issue. What is the exact action you are performing, what you expect to happen and what does actually happen?
- This can created by "smoothing" features in certain apps, lag, or pen issues. Could you also show an example?
Regardless, I would also suggest you check our guide here:
