    From your description it could indeed be a connection problem, or something is causing the driver to crash. 

    Please:

    • Double check the cables and really make sure the cables are all in good condition
    • Backup and remove your preferences and see if the issue still occurs

    I have the same issue with my One. When I have two monitors open and attempt to use the one, it will freeze, shut down my second monitor, and to re-detect it I have to restart my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SW and the issue still happens.

    Your issue seems a bit different. 

    Can you please confirm: 

    • Wacom model number
    • Operating system
    • Driver installed
    • How is it connected to your computer
    • When the freeze happens, can you check the Wacom Center for any error messages?
