Wacom pen bindings suddenly change to ctrl+f

My wacom driver changes pen bindings everytime i reboot my pc and i have to reassign them manually (bindings on every key combination (i use ctrl+z for one of my buttons) change to ctrl+ffffff). Is there any way to fix this issue, the same issue was on different Windows versions and on different PC's.
Don't know if it helps but my computer runs on non-english language and i change keyboard languages often.

  Hi Ivan Kononchuk, 

  There are certainly some nuances when changing keyboard layouts. However, the settings in your driver should be persistent between sessions. 

  Perhaps something else is blocking the driver from updating the settings and keeping the updated settings. 

  Can you please try the backup and restore feature and see if that helps?

  Note that double clicking a backup file will automatically load them and restart the driver.

  I have that problem too, and João method doesn't help. Moreover, after the backup and restore feature ctrl+ffffff error still exist and doesnt change to ctrl+z. Is there anything else I can do?

  Ivan Kononchuk Hi, are you using windows 10 too? I thought maybe updating to win 11 can fix the bug, but havent use it yet. I guess I'll write new post for wacom support.

  We have been able to reproduce this issue and we are working on a fix. For the time being, please uninstall the Wacom driver and install the previous version.

  Hi João,

  Thank you for your attention. Unfortunately, I have ctl-471 which is not supported by this driver, I already had the latest version(6.4.3.1) when the problem occured.

  The first time I start using "ctrl+z" on my pen's button in the middle of December 2023th. The settings began to break on the very first day with a frequency ranging from several times a day to several minutes.

  The system's language is Russian. I suppose Ivan also has this language as main.
