Screen of Cintiq 13 Pro stays black, only pen imput

I just bought a Cintiq 13 Pro and the screen turns on and gives me a "no Signal" message.
The pen input is working, just not the screen.

It is the only display connected to my laptop and I connected it with all cables, both USB and HDMI. The Wacom driver is up to date and recognizes the Cintiq, but once I click on the display section I receive the below message.

My computer is an Asos ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401QM-HZ170T, operating Windows 10 Home.
