Cintiq pro 16 DTH-1620 touch input will not turn off.
This started recently and I don't believe it's hardware failure as it seems to randomly work and others have this same issue and all the buttons in the upper right work but that one.
If i press the touch button nothing happens and touch is always on and it's impossible to work with it on as it just picks up my palm every time i make a stroke. I can go into device manager and manually disable the touch screen that way but it's really annoying having to do that every time i work.
What i've tried so far:
Update everything, Wacom drivers, display drivers, windows.
Reboot computer, reboot tablet.
Love wacom products but the drivers are always problematic. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm on windows 11.

Hi Colin Davenport,
There might be a problem with the Touch sensor board control. Please check with your regional support team: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support
