My pen isn’t working
Hi! After a painting hiatus I sat down ready to draw again on my wacom cintiq 16, but unfortunately, the pen refuses to work at all. I use a MacBook Air m1 and it has worked perfectly fine before but now I’m anxious that something is broken or something. I’ve tried to fix the security settings on my mac, tried to reinstall the drivers, etc etc but there might be something I’m missing here. So please help me out here!

When you open the Wacom Center, is the Cintiq 16 shown as connected? When you use the eraser end of the pen, is there some reaction?

I can’t even open the Wacom center, it just tells me to restart it but it doesn’t work. No, no reaction on the eraser either
