Bamboo Ink Plus Compatibility with Lenovo Slim 7 14Q8X9

I recently bought the Lenovo Slim 7 14Q8X9 model and was told that the Bamboo Ink Plus stylus is compatible with this Lenovo Model. After attempting to pair, the stylus connects to Bluetooth for 2 seconds then disconnects, and the pen is not able to work regardless of the compatibility settings (Pressing the two side buttons simultaneously). Additionally, when I was trying to download the driver, I receive an error that the operating system is not supported by the driver. I would really appreciate it if I can receive some guidance on this issue, Thanks.

  I am sorry to say, but your Lenovo Slim 7 does not appear in the compatible list for the Bamboo Ink Plus:

  Please refer to whoever confirmed this information and confirm also with Lenovo is there is an AES sensor in this model.

  In the Lenovo specifications it doesn't seem to support any form of pen input:
