Flickering of screen with red , green, blue, white and black colour

As soon as I connect my laptop with Wacom Display tablet(DTC133WOC), it shows red, green, blue, white and black screen for 2 seconds each and keeps on repeating. Tried with other laptops, same issue persists.  What to do?
