Hi

I try to sync the pen and the tablet I get an error
could not communicate with a helper application
This happens on an Apple Mac

my iOS is 15.1.1

my model is pth860

I can't connect need help can anyone help?

  Hi Arie Cohen, 
  That seems like a generic Apple error that ca appear with different applications. 
  Can you please confirm how and when does the error appear? 
  Do you also have the latest Wacom driver installed and did you add all the permissions?

  It happens after I install the driver and then a window opens for setting up the pen and setting up the tablet area
