Pan/Scroll problem in photoshop (when using Wacom Pro Pen, Wacom Cintiq 13HD and Windows 11)
Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm having an issue with getting Windows, Photoshop and my tablet to co-operate.
In photoshop, if i select the "Hand Tool" and move around with my pen, everything works fine. But if I make my wacom pens side button become "Pan/Scroll" and try to use it the same way, then it becomes very laggy, delayed and practically unusable. Eventually, using "Pan/Scroll" causes my brush to stop working in Photoshop, and even though i press my pen down, it only registers as one press at the beginning of my pres, only drawing dots. Same problem if I use "Pan/Scroll" from my ExpressKeys. How can I fix this? From what I've tried, Pan/Scrolling with my pen works completely fine outside of Photoshop.
I'm using Windows 11 and Photoshop 2023.
In order to fix previous problems with pressure sensitivity and with my brush strokes looking like shoelaces, I've already tried to disable Windows Ink in my Pen settings, created the "PSUserConfig"-file to disable Windows Ink. When Windows Ink isn't disabled, i have the pressure sensitivity issues, but when Windows Ink is disabled I can't pan/scroll using my pen, cause the above problems occur. So it's something about disabling Windows Ink that causes the issue, but disabling Windows Ink is needed for my pen pressure to work, it seems?
I've tried to update my drivers to the latest versions.
I've looked around for a few hours and haven't been able to find someone explaining how to solve this particular problem, so I would be very very grateful for help!
Thanks in advance!

Hi Alfred BGustafsson,
Does the same happen with the latest version of Photoshop?
Disabling Windows Ink is not necessarily required to have pressure but you might need to use the latest version of Ps.
