Wacom Cintiq 16, Jittery lines since PC reset (resolved)
Hello there!
I recently resetted my PC and I noticed that since then my lines while drawing have a slight jitter to them. It was a lot more noticeable at first, putting actual bumps in a straight line, though after resetting the driver a few times those big bumps have gone away.
Still the slight jitter bugs me. I'm pretty sure it's a driver problem, since I redownloaded them after the reset and I didn't have the problem prior. Like I mentioned, I already restarted my drivers, as well a pc restart and made sure I have the right one for my Wacom.
I also exchanged the pen tip, just to make sure.
Here's an example of the jitter: (it's best visible in the curves)
I'd be grateful for anymore suggestions to troubleshoot this.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Eva Weber,
There are multiple factors that can case jitter more or less visible such as drawing speed and stroke angle.
Which app are you using? Most common drawing apps provide smoothing features to keep the lines smooth. I would recommend looking into your app settings and see if you can turn smoothing ON or adjust it to your liking. There is no driver setting that can be adjusted here since all the pen position data is coming from the hardware and firmware on the tablet itself.

Hey, a recent driver update actually fixed this issue but thanks for the help anyway!
