My Wacom One won't connect - says NO Signal
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of [Device Name] from Best Buy. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:
- Initial Setup: Upon unboxing the device, I encountered difficulties that prevented me from immediately using it as intended. This was an unexpected and frustrating start to my experience with your product.
- Connection Issues: After carefully following all provided instructions for setup at home, the device displayed a "No Signal" message. The on-screen display (OSD) prompted me to switch the input source, despite all connections being properly made and there being no alternative input options available.
- User Experience: The combination of these issues has significantly impacted my confidence in the product and its suitability for my needs. The setup process should be straightforward and user-friendly, especially for a device in this category.
Given these concerns, I am strongly considering returning the device to Best Buy and seeking an alternative product that better meets my requirements. However, I wanted to reach out first to see if you could provide any immediate solutions or insights into these issues.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response on how we can resolve these problems or facilitate a smooth return process.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hello Antjuan LaShawn,
Sorry to read that.
Please make sure you follow the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006336902-My-Wacom-Pen-Display-has-no-image-on-the-screen-What-do-I-doOn the initial setup, it is important that you connect everything correctly and also make sure that the ports in your Computer fully support the connection. If you are using a USB-C to USB-C connection, then make sure the USB-C port in your computer supports video connection.
