Please help. Wacom Center doesn't recognize or detect my Cintiq 13HD nor pen configuration being connected to MacOS Sonoma 14
I've had this Cintiq 13HD for nearly 10 years now, and it's still in perfect working condition. I got a new MacBook M3 Sonoma 14, but despite downloading and installing the recent driver and connecting the display (which the screen does turn on), Wacom Center still insists that it doesn't recognize any devices being connected, nor can I use or configure my pen to the tablet as well.
I need your help and guidance on resolving this asap, as I've been trying to solve this issue for days now.

Thanks for reaching out. The message you are reading suggests and issue with the USB connection.
Please make sure the USB part of the 3-in-1 cable is properly connected to your Mac computer. If you are using a USB adapter, please try a different one, or a direct connection if possible.
If that doesn't work, then either the 3-in-1 cable, or the connector port in the Cintiq 13 are defective and will need to be replaced.
