Hi,  You could try installing Driver 6.1.6-4 from https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers but I can't tell if that will work with that version of Mac OS.

Hi,  This is only possible when you assign different setting to different apps. For example:  Set "All Apps" as mouse mode (in this mode there is no mapping) and set your drawing App(s) to Pen mode...
