Wacom Mobile Studio 13 Pro Pen 2 Broken

My Pro Pen 2 seems to have broke. The tip isn't lightly pressing. Its either pushed in all the way or all the way out. I bought the Wacom Mobile Studio 13 back in September and it came with the Pro Pen 2. Would the warranty cover a pen replacement?
