Cant slide a screen over to cintique

I cant drag a screen over to cintique from my macbook pro. I've been doing this for six months, and suddenly I can't.

  Hi Rita Goldner,

  Did anything change recently with your system? Are you trying to drag the window with the Wacom pen or with a mouse / track pad?

  THanks for a fast reply, Joao.

  Nothing changed. I have been doing this for months with my new cintique. Then suddenly I cant. My drawing program is Artrage. I use the touch-pad (works like a mouse) on my macbook pro to start the drag.THen once it's on the cintique, I use the wacom pen.
