Mobile Studiopro Pro 16, gen 1, totally unusable, not compatible with these days apps updates

Hi, I have a Mobile Studio Pro 16, gen 1 pen computer, and although it's not broken, today it's unusable. It doesn't support new Photoshop or Windows updates, and it's restarting by itself all the time. It's almost impossible to work anything in it or to rely on the product, I already lost a few works.

The Wacom pen computer was quite expensive when I bought it, as it is still today. Is there any solution to this? Can I replace it or do anything to fix this nightmare-ish issue?

  The hardware cannot be changed so there isn't much you can do on that front. For PS and other apps, you might be able to do some optimization to get it running smoother: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-photoshop-cc-performance.html
