Support Button Working?

    Yes. As far as I can tell, the support button is working. It searches directly into our FAQ, or will allow you to chat with an agent (if available). It is not really designed to lead you to product documentation. 

    Here is where you can get the manual for your Cintiq Pro 24: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers

    Just make sure you select the model number from the search bar, or select it from the dropdown list down below.
