wacom tablet properties zbrush dosent work when added to applications

zbrush refuses to awknowledge the settings ive given to it in the application tab in wacom tablet properties.
but it  instead it uses the "all other"

  Hi Biko, 

  Can you let us know which Operating System version, Zbrush version and Wacom driver version you are using? 

  Is Zbrush already on the Wacom Panel, or did you add it manually? If the settings are not applying, is because the driver is no able to recognise that Zbrush is your current active application.
