USB malfunction??

I have a Wacom One tablet, and it has worked flawlessly up until now, and I don't know what it is. I tried unplugging and repluging the tablet, blowing out dust, reinstalling the wacom software, but it doesn't work. I don't know if the USB port is damaged, because to me it looks relatively normal, and if it is damaged I don't know how to fix it. It works when I hold the USB cable a certain way, and other cables aren't working either. If there's help or support I could get, I would be really greatful
