Error message on Windows 11 boot

I have the latest Wacom drivers installed and get this error showing up on startup - how do I fix this?

  Hi Chris Gallacher, 

  Seems to be an issue with your Windows permissions. If your system is an IT environment, please check with your system administrator. 

  If this is your personal computer, then please check if you have the right permissions and that there are no third party programs that might block the driver for whatever reason. 

  If the problem persists, please check with Microsoft for further advise on permission management.
