Everytime I try to view anything on the wacom website, I get erross

I need my serial code for Clip Studio paint, and every time I try to check it I get a page error. Error "500". Can the serial code expire? How will I know if It did? I also can't find my email that told me the software I will get access to and their codes. Any help would be great, its my first time using this website so I apologize If I did this incorrectly.

  Welcome to the community. That 500 error shouldn't happen so please check with support team. They can help you sort this and provide the license key if needed.

  Side note: If you registered and used the Clip Studio Paint license key code in the past, be aware that the license expires after 2 years and you will then need to buy a new one from Celsys.
