Keyboard CTRL, alt and cmd keys not responding when using the Wacom.
A strange problem with my new Intuos pro L.
The keyboard CTRL, alt and cmd keys of my mac have stopped responding when using the Wacom. They work fine with mouse, but not with Wacom pen.
I mean, for example, command-click combo does not work... It's like not pressing the command-key at all.
This in all applications, software and Finder.
Does anyone know if there is a way I fix it? So, that when I press the keyboard shift, ctrl, alt or command AND click with the Wacom pen, it would work as ment?
All ideas welcome!

I don't know which version of Mac OS you are using so this is just a wild guess:
Is the Wacom Driver enabled in the Input Monitoring section of your Privacy Settings?

Thank you for the reply! I read those advices, good stuff.
The problem is solved.
I found this article/advice from Adobe discussions and it worked for me.Basicly that's to remove every and each, small setup file from the previous Wacom drivers. Mostly in the Applications and Library folders. Plus, vigorously restarting and installing the new driver :-)
In this my case it's a Mac Pro with 10.14.6 os + Wacom Intuos Pro L + Wacom control panel and driver 6.3.34-2.
Now everything runs smoothly :-D

I am having this problem and the fix listed (uninstall and remove all files and reinstall) didn't work for me. I've tried it 3 times now. The pen and tablet are working but cannot hold command on the keyboard and click with the pen to select multiple files. My old wacom tablet can do this no problem on my old computer. I'm running Ventura and have a pro M tablet 660.

I am having the same issue...can't use the control/option/command keys. Really annoying. I also uninstalled the driver and reinstalled. I also clicked on the above link and the Input Monitoring steps...still is not working. Any idea when we will get a fix to this?
