Pen for Cintic Intuos 13HD

Hello,

I lost my pen for my Cintic 13HD.

I bought a new one: the Wacom Pro Pen slim'. But it doesn't seem compatible with the tablet.

Question 1: can I make this pen compatible?

Question 2: if not, where can I buy a new one? When I try it on your website wacom.com it get an error and I get linked to a Chinese website, which I cannot read.

  Thank you for sharing your situation. Unfortunately the Pro Pen slim is not compatible with your Cintiq 13HD and there is no workaround to make it compatible.

  In order to reach the Wacom store you need to go to our eStore specific page.   Depending on the date of purchase you should still be able to return the Pro Pen Slim. If you need help with that feel free to reach us via chat or phone or open up a support ticket. Our agents will be happy to assist with the return as well as with your new purchase.
