Mobile Studio Pro 13 2016 No devices connected to the computer

I have the UDTH-W1320M-EU model and Windows 10. Today my tablet returned from the service center and was repaired by the manufacturer after a serious motherboard failure. The tablet turned on. Windows was severely out of date. I already have started updating the system. The tablet only works as if a screen witch touch. It does not detect the pen. After starting the Wacom Center application, it receives information that „No devices connected to the computer” Uninstalling the drivers and installing the latest drivers from the Wacom website did not help. What can I do?

  Hi Sylwia Malon, 

  In such situations, the repair team will install the factory image in the SSD. This should already contain all the necessary drivers for the device to work properly, although, they might be outdated. 

  Please check with the support team for more advanced troubleshooting.
