    Please manually remove the permissions under Input Monitoring and re-add them again.

    As for the webform, you need to select something else in the next dropdown:

    Thanks for helping Joao - I found my problem. I had moved my two tablets and had them switched with one another on different iMac systems. When I get the right tablets with their respective iMacs, they started working again. I have ordered a new tablet to work with my M1 laptop.
