Connecting Mobile Studio Pro to PC

I'm trying to connect my Mobile Studio Pro (2019) to my PC with a usb-c cable. I've downloaded the driver to my PC and tried connecting through all of my ports but none of them seem to register the device. I have also tried shutting the device down and turning it back on. How do I get the Wacom to register on my PC?

  I've been using my Mobilestudio connected to my PC for years now, and last month it suddenly stopped working (just for connecting to a PC, the USB port still works for charging and even connecting a USB-C monitor). I've been in contact with Wacom support, but no solutions so far. The one unique part of my situation is that if I let the Mobilestudio go to sleep, it will suddenly connect to my PC again. It's a strange one, and I'll return here if I find any solutions.
