the buttons on my radial menu don't work

I have a ROG Stix laptop running windows 11 and using gimp. i have a wacom cintiq 16. I've set up the express key remote and set up a few of the radial menus for hot keys. i click the button on the remote for the menu and it shows up, but the buttons on the menu either only work once or not at all.

I'm up to date on my drivers and on the newest edition of gimp. whats the fix for this?

  Hi Darin Brown, 
  That seems very specific to the settings you are using and how you are triggering them. Does the same happen if you use a different App like Krita for example?
