Looking for the right adapter

Hello,

Recently my Wacom Cintiq 12WX stopped working and after visiting a friend who also owned an older model we discovered that (luckily) only the adapter is broken.
I'm looking to buy a new adapter that is compatible with my 12WX but I'm not certain if there is one available in your store that could replace it.

Would love to hear if there is a power adapter available and compatible or if I would have to look somewhere else, since the 12wx hasn't been in store for a long time but it is my old trusted tablet which I do hope to use for many more years to come.

  Sorry to read about it. 

  This model has been discontinued for over 10 years so it will be hard if not impossible to find an exact replacement. Unfortunately none of  our current power supplies from more recent models are compatible either.
