    Which Intuos Pro S version do you have? Can you tell me the model number? 

    From your description, sounds like a connection issue. Is the tablet plugged in via USB? Is the LED on the tablet turning ON?

    Thank you for your support. I think I found the problem. The usb-cable was broken. Stupid, I had to check this before.
