Wacom one tablet won't register

I have the driver downloaded and I have everything plugged in right, but it won't register my device. I can see what is on my computer screen through my tablet, but it won't connect. please help

  Hi Hope Cuevas, 

  I'm not sure which version of the Wacom ONE you have so I cannot give specific connection advice, but please doublecheck the connection and make sure the USB cable is properly connected and that it is connected directly to the computer if possible. 

  What you explained is a classic USB connection issue.
