PTK-1240 upgrade?

Hi, 

Since I'm an avid user of the PTK-1240 for years, and it will loose it's functionality I was wondering/hoping to find a solution.

 

I'm a user of two 30 inch screens and therefore more tablet space is better for accuracy. 

Would it be possible to connect the electronics of a Wacom large 2025 to the electro magnetic part of the the Wacom PTK 1240, and thus be able to use the new drivers?

  Hi jan hibma,

  Driver support has ended in August 2023 and as far as I know, there is no planned successor. 

  Also I am not sure what you mean by your last sentence but there is no way to use the PTK1240 Lens cursor with the Intuos Pro 2025.

  I know some users can still make the Intuos Pro L work just fine but I think the only way to know is to try for yourself.

  Thanks, I was hoping that it would be possible to buy a Intuos Pro 2025 and build the electronics inside the Old one, so I would connect the tablet part where the pen touches with the electronics of the newer model.
